Every break-up is different.  Your concerns, challenges and priorities are unique. With one on one coaching you receive individualized support to gain clarity and focus as you navigate your break-up. I help working mothers who want to move through their separation with a sense of grace and dignity and on to the next chapter of their lives.

I prefer to work with my clients for a minimum period of 6 weeks to get the best possible results. There are so many facets to a break-up, with almost every area of your life going through change.  It is a process and one that takes time. To get the full benefits of coaching you need ongoing support. The transition through your break-up and into your new life doesn’t happen overnight (or in one session) which is why a coaching program is so important.
